  • While our systems were upgraded and our people regularly work from home, we are experiencing some outages on remote working tools with this increase in new home users.
  • Outages are stressful but we have a plan to get things back up and running as soon as possible.
  • Some customers are having trouble accessing their accounts but we aware of the issue and working on it urgently.
  • We have closed some corporate and customer locations while we get things back up and running.
